NATURAL WAY TO DEAL WITH BLOOD PRESSURE

Here are twelve ways to deal with hypertension or high blood pressure:

1. Antioxidants Guard Against Free Radical Damage-- Vitamin C and E, grape seed extract, olive leaf extract, coffee, wine, green tea, and chocolate.

2. B-Complex Vitamins Protect the Arteries

3. Magnesium Relaxes the Arteries- The best way to get enough while not getting a loose bowel is to rub on magnesium chloride known as "magnesium oil." It is mined from deep down under the Netherlands.

4. Fish Oil Has Broad Benefits for the Cardiovascular System- Be sure your fish oil is cleaned. It will say so on the label. If not, you may be getting a stiff dose of mercury which will do far more harm than nothing at all.

5. Coenzyme Q10 for Hypertension- It is absolutely essential to eat grass fed beef, especially organ meat, to get enough Co Q10. A supplement will do, but eating it in food is best.

6. A Sweet Solution-- Stevia lowers blood pressure and does not trigger a glucose response. Sugar and ALL other sweeteners trigger glucose response.

7. Chinese Herbs Lower BP- All-heal flower, chrysanthemum flower, honeysuckle flower, notoginseng root, water fairy flower, shiitake mushroom, and pagoda tree flower.

8. Sodium Nitrate and Nitrite- The best sources for this is celery, beets, lettuce, chard, and prepared meats. Terrifying at is may seem, prepared meats all contain sodium nitrate or nitrite. They also contain erythabate or ascorbic acid. When sodium nitrate or nitrite are in your mouth, your saliva converts them to nitric oxode (NO). This is then taken in by the gut, and NO causes the blood vessels to dilate, which lowers blood pressure. What a simply aid to solve a deadly problem. Be sure there is erythabate or ascorbic acid in the prepared meat to counter the nitrosamines which are associated with cancer issues.

9. Walk- Get your heart rate up by walking. This expands the blood vessels, and regular expansion eventually becomes a steady state, which lowers BP.

10. Relax- You must have several oasis experiences during the day to relax and get your mind off of your stress which raises blood pressure. Laughter is very helpful. Getting outside in the sun and fresh air helps. And, keep up an active sexual oasis time with your spouse, NOT a fornicator. That makes for guilt and worry of being caught, which raises blood pressure.

11. Eat lots of protein and raw vegetables- Go easy on the carbs unless you work very hard physically.

12. Lost weight- Being overweight will affect your blood pressure for sure.

I used to be on four blood pressure meds. I have changed my way of life to fit the above twelve suggestions as best I can, and I am down to one BP med, and that one is not at one fourth the dose of three years ago.

Finally, here is what my doctor in Tennessee suggested. He pulled a Bible out of the pocket of his white smock and read this passage from the Bible:

Psalms 4:3 But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

If you are trying to get your blood pressure down for YOU, you are not getting it right. I righteous sacrifice is when you get your health right so that God can use you to be a blessing to others and stick around to love and support your spouse and kids.

"Stand in awe, and sin not...." You are sinning mightily if you are doing dumb things that cause your blood pressure, or any other physical disorder. If you believe you belong to God, then you owe him the best person his creation will make of you.

To be propped up by Big Pharma instead of eating right and dealing with weight and sloth is crass wickedness.

Enjoy!
